Pre-Order Policy

Pre-Order Terms

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that the item you are purchasing is not currently available for immediate shipment and is being reserved for future fulfillment.

The estimated release, production, or shipping date will be displayed on the product page or communicated to you at the time of purchase.

Estimated Shipping Date

Pre-order dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we make every reasonable effort to fulfill pre-orders within the estimated timeframe, production, manufacturing, inventory, supplier, shipping, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

If the estimated shipping date changes significantly, we may provide an updated estimated timeframe when reasonably possible.

Payment for Pre-Orders

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, payment is collected when the pre-order is placed, not when the item ships.

By completing a pre-order purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge you for the order according to the payment terms presented at checkout.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us at Bleedmebaby87@gmail.com .

Cancellation requests are subject to our Cancellation Policy and any applicable terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be available. In such cases, any return or refund request will be handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.

Delayed Pre-Orders

If a pre-order is delayed beyond the original estimated timeframe, the order will remain active unless otherwise communicated.

A delay in the estimated shipping date does not automatically constitute a cancellation, breach of contract, or entitlement to a refund or chargeback.

If a delay becomes substantial, we may provide customers with available options in accordance with applicable law and our policies.

Shipping

Pre-orders will be shipped once the product becomes available and the order is ready for fulfillment.

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when your order has been shipped, when tracking is available.

Estimated carrier delivery times begin after the pre-order has shipped and are separate from the estimated pre-order fulfillment date.

Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, items may be shipped together when the pre-order becomes available unless otherwise stated.

If separate shipments are available, additional shipping charges may apply depending on the shipping method selected.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Because pre-orders are purchases for products scheduled to be fulfilled at a future date, customers agree to contact us at Bleedmebaby87@gmail.com before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback regarding a pre-order.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve legitimate concerns directly.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to provide the applicable payment processor or financial institution with relevant records, including the customer's order details, pre-order disclosures, payment records, product information, estimated fulfillment date, shipping records, customer communications, and other information relevant to the transaction.

Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel a pre-order or create an entitlement to a refund.

If a customer receives a refund, cancellation, replacement, or other resolution directly from us, the customer agrees not to seek duplicate reimbursement through a payment dispute or chargeback for the same transaction.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or protections provided to customers under applicable law.

Acceptance of Pre-Order Terms

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:

  • The product is a pre-order and is not immediately available for shipment.

  • The estimated shipping or release date is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

  • Your payment may be collected when the pre-order is placed.

  • Fulfillment may be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

  • You have reviewed and agreed to our applicable cancellation, refund, return, and shipping policies.
